About Me!
Hummingbird Boho may have gotten its name in 2025, but the "bohemian sister" who started it has been on this trajectory since she was 5 years old.
Going to garage sales with my grandma and grandpa, learning to hand sew quilts, wandering through flea markets and antique malls in the south, gorging myself on my Grammy's fashion magazines, repurposing clothing in my room with a needle and thread, and buying a sewing machine with my High School graduation money.
These are just a sampling of the ways that thrifting, crafting, sewing, repurposing, designing, sustainably shopping, and sharing my love for a carefully curated, gypsy boho eclectic style showed up for me from a young age.
I still love all of these things, and I'm always shopping for unique and one-of-a-kind items for myself, but I also love bringing them to others around the world. The things I put on my body to express myself and feel comfortable in my skin are an extension of my personality and my greeting to the world. I hope you'll find something unique in my collections. Something that feels like an extension of how you want to show up in the world.
I spent 25 years hiding my true self working in a "corporate" world. Now is the time for me to truly embrace who I've always wanted to show up as. The "bohemian sister" who is more comfortable in baggy, faded, torn patchwork jeans, a white tank top and a quilted jacket, and Doc Martens than in a business suit.
